Arcturian Roulette: Reading Spot Edition

Prior to the first spin, there will be a Roulette Guess Roundup. During this session, you or the chosen delegate will practice telepathy by guessing which number the arrow will stop on and the distance between your guess and the actual number. We will use two wheels, one board and one matrix: a Roulette Wheel with 13 divisions, a Distance Traveled Wheel with 20 divisions, a Roulette Board, and a Time Matrix.


-The Roulette Wheel has 13 numbers. 


-The Distance Traveled Wheel has 20 numbers.


-The Roulette Board has 8 columns, 13 rows and contains 104 slots. Odd numbers are colored in red slots; even numbers are colored in black slots. The slots start with the number 0 above the first 6 rows and the number 19 above the second 6 rows,. No number is above the 7th row.

-The Time Matrix has 21 rows, 21 columns and contains 441 probabilities.

How to Play Arcturian Roulette: READING SPOT EDITION

-Before reading, delegate the roles of Biosolar Telepath, Croupier and Accountant, to willing participants. 


-Before movement, the telepath predicts:

-When the wheels will stop (choosing a number from 1 to 104)

-The distance between their prediction and the actual number

-The distance between the actual number and a probability in the Time Matrix 


Option 1: Every 60 seconds, the croupier spins the wheel. The arrow lands on a reading spot. Go to the location of the landing. Read for 60 seconds and then TIME-SWITCH. Do this 12 consecutive times. Once 12 minutes have passed, STOP, review the scores and declare a winner. Continue until two winners are chosen. 


-Option 2: Every 12 minutes, the croupier spins the wheel. Read for 3600 seconds (1 hour) and TIME-SWITCH every 12 minutes. Once the hour is complete, STOP, review the scores and declare a winner.


-Each location on the Roulette Wheel corresponds to a slot on the Roulette Board for a telepath to conduct a reading.

-If the telepath is UNABLE to go to a particular spot within 60 seconds or 12 minutes, then the player receives a score of 0.


-If the telepath is ABLE to go to a particular spot within 60 seconds or 12 minutes, then the player receives a score of 19. Scores are distributed in increments of 19. (ex: the telepath is able to go to 3 spots and receives a cumulative score of 57 = 19 x 3) 


-The telepath who correctly guesses the greatest number of location spots, with the fewest number of Distance Traveled (on the Distance Traveled Wheel), wins the Readathon Challenge and receives a score of 60. This score is multiplied to the score received during the Time-Switches. (ex: the telepath was able to go to 9 reading spots, received a cumulative score of 171 = 19 x 9 and receives a final score of 10,260 = 171 x 60)


-Final scores for each telepath include multiples of 19 or 60. 

-All scores are recorded by an accountant and communicated to each reader.


Roulette Players:

-Biosolar Telepaths (to make predictions, respond to directions, and read in time)

-Croupier (to conduct motion, spin wheels, record positions and communicate switches)

-Accountant (to count distance, keep scores, track winners , keep records of reading spots and communicate where to go)
